Breakfast Casserole

Replay of this favorite breakfast casserole...or at least I started there.

Changes (aka Confessions of a distracted cook): 
-I used sausage this time instead of bacon, since one of my kids requested it.
-I didn't cook the eggs this time (Since I read other recipes and they said you didn't have to?? Who knew?) so you will need to thaw it completely AND cook it a little longer!

Great to pull out for a brunch, lazy morning (or Black Friday??).

Thaw completely and bake for 40 minutes at 375. (Directions ARE written on the foil per my husband...he says the husbands of the freezer swap NEED that. :) )
