Cranberry Pork Roast

2lb pork roast
3 c. apple juice
1 can whole cranberries in sauce

Directions:
Mix apple juice and can of cranberries and pour into ziploc bag. Add roast.

Cooking day instructions:
Put all ingredients from zip-loc into crock pot on high for 5 hours. Slice and serve or shred and serve as sandwiches.
