A friend of mine (who lives far away) recently asked about starting her own freezer meal group. We chatted back and forth and I answered her questions. I just found this article via Pinterest and it spells out how to get started and covers way more than I thought of (but have each been addressed in our group at one time or another). I also saw this month on one of my favorite blogs, Freezer Friendz, "How to Conduct a Swap" which is very similar to how we do things. I thought the tips she provides are helpful too. We keep it very no-frill and simple...which I LOVE.
Have I said how much I love having meals in my freezer that I didn't make?? :) It's too sweet for words.
