-1 qt. cooked chicken, diced (4 chicken breasts)
-1 qt. chicken broth
-1 medium onion
-1/2 cup celery or celery leaves, chopped
-1 qt. corn, fresh or frozen
-1 and 1/2 cups brown rice
-1 qt. water
-1 tbsp. salt
-pepper to taste
-1/4 cup parsley, chopped, optional
Cook together until tender. Serve.
