Amish Ginger Snap Cookies

Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup unsulfured molasses
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Combine butter & sugar, mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients. Scoop balls and roll in sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
